Kuinua Tech was contracted by TGAM- a fellow veteran owned and operated business to create a site that represented their drive to help their community in a new, fresh, and fun way. TGAM prides itself on innovation and wanted their site to reflect that as well as create automated processes for its clients.
THE PARAMETERS
Kuinua Tech's primary responsibilities were to create the website from scratch on the Wix platform using Editor X, create a member sign up option where all financial transactions could to place automated monthly, create a simple contractor and management logon portal to track current work, create a fluid and simple method of relating usually very complicated information, and finally train the CEO and his team.
THE DETAILS
Our web development team sat several times with the CEO of TGAM to understand their vision and then hit the ground running with implementation. We created a quality logo, color scheme, and overall brand presence for the site. We ensured that hosting, cloud data, and private member pages would be available to team members while a different login portal for customers was created. From there, we ensured to implement a very sleek design, hiding most pages behind backend links allowing for less clutter in the navigation. We also created file libraries, contract libraries, online automated subscriptions, and automated invoices for the client all done through the sleek site-cutting their workload in half.
THE RESULTS
TGAM now has a fully functional website not only for its customers but also its management and contract team. This was able to cut the workload in half for our client and Kuinua Tech LLC has been contracted for monthly updates, software checks, automation, and much more.
